Mary Kay Mason is an accompanist, vocal coach, piano teacher and background pianist. She accompanied Opera and Broadway singers and played cocktail music on a regular basis at Posillipo's Italian Restaurant in Asbury Park for fifteen years and still can be heard there on an occasional basis. She was a resident accompanist for Metro Lyric Opera Company for five years.
Past Performances have included Ceasar's Palace, Trump Taj Mahal and Trump's Castle, all in Atlantic City, NJ; Liberty State Park, Jersey City, NJ; the Youth Temple in Ocean Grove, NJ; the Brick Civic Center, Brick, NJ; The Essex and Sussex, Spring Lake, NJ; the Gazebo at Bradley Beach, NJ; Lord & Taylor's in the Woodbridge Mall; country clubs, retirement villages, churches, wine-tastings, weddings, showers, galas, and private concerts and parties.
Mary Kay Mason is a graduate of Thomas Edison State College and a member of Shore Music Educators Association. She studied piano with Herbert Burtis and Sylvia Henry.
