A DJ Entertainment Timeline for Brides and Grooms to Be.

Your special day is almost here and we want to assure you that our planning process is concise, comprehensive and stress-free. Please keep in mind we are here to assist you throughout the planning process and answer any questions you may have regardless of how many weeks or months before your special day!

1. One month before the big day-It is our hope that you have filled in either the planning packet you received from us or filled in the worksheets on the on-line planner giving us the details of your reception.
2. Three weeks before the big day-We will reach out to you to review the details of the planning packet and/or on-line planner.
3. Two weeks before the big day-Your final payment is now due. You may pay in advance of the two weeks if you wish.
4. One week before the big day-It's time to clear up any details and go over any last minute changes. You will not have access to your on-line planner but you may call in any changes to 1-800-746-5558. We turn it off so that there will be absolutely no miscommunication-we want your day to be perfect!
5. The big day is here-Relax and have the time of your life knowing that we have covered all the details and are well prepared to dedicate ourselves to your celebration!
